Aubrey is the lead property manager for our internal large-scale properties across NEPA as well as for our investor clients. She has sold multiple homes and investment properties.
She works 25 out of 24 hours. She keeps every single property in tip-top shape, scales the properties to the next level, oversees major construction projects, manages the finances, keeps all apartments filled, and the tenants happy, and makes her clients LOTS of money. Most importantly, anyone who works with Aubrey instantly just has an overwhelming peace of mind having her on their team. They don't make them like her anymore.
